Meeting for the first time, we will have an informal chat and present you with a tailored portfolio prepared in advance from our previous communications before starting to see the area and looking at property.
We maintain excellent relationships with all of our developers and between them we are able to offer you one of the broadest selections of property in the area.
In the event of a purchase, you will be personally guided through all procedures with the builder and an independent Lawyer and taken to open an account at a reputable Spanish bank.
Our services however do not stop there. We will liaise between you and the builder, help and advise you on any changes you might wish to make on the property, inform you of progress, provide assistance in arranging further visits etc..
In essence we will be with you up to and beyond the point of signing your title deed and becoming the proud owners of your Spanish home.
